Regency Estates Civic Association is a 501(c)(3) volunteer, non-profit community organization whose mission is to maintain and enhance the quality of life of its members and the community in which they reside.
About Regency Estates
Regency Estates, comprising just over 1,000 homes, is located in Potomac, Maryland in an area to the west of Seven Locks Road and to the north of Tuckerman Lane. Built in the mid 1960s, Regency Estates is a quiet residential neighborhood.
Regency Estates boasts being home to Winston Churchill High School, one of the consistently best rated schools in the United States. Regency Estates is also home to Beverly Farms Elementary School and Herbert Hoover Middle School, both part of the highly regarded Montgomery County Public School System.
Regency Estates is well served by public transportation, both by bus and rail. Regency Estates is a short distance from Grosvenor-Strathmore station on Washington Metro’s Red Line. It is also easily accessible by car, being close to Interstates 270 and 495. Abundant shopping and restaurants are within easy reach at Cabin John Village and Westfield Montgomery Mall. Nearby Rockville Pike is the main shopping street in Montgomery County, while Bethesda, Rockville Town Square and the new Pike and Rose provide “high street” experiences with excellent restaurants and shops.
